Built from 100% heavyweight cotton canvas (14–16 oz), the Flying Cheetahs Jacket delivers a durable, vintage-inspired feel with a structured silhouette. The tight-weave duck canvas is enzyme-washed and garment-softened, giving it a subtle broken-in drape while preserving long-term strength. Offered in a military khaki / faded olive tone, the fabric is designed to age naturally—developing authentic creases and patina over time.
Inside, the jacket features a brushed cotton twill or herringbone lining (6–8 oz) in a soft sand tone for breathable comfort and light insulation. The facing and placket interior are finished with low-loft sherpa-pile or faux shearling in warm cream, adding texture without bulk. Cuffs, hem, and the interior collar use a 2×2 cotton rib knit with elastane for strong recovery and color coordination.
Special Processes & Finishing
Vintage Aviation Artwork
High-resolution DTF or screen-transfer graphics are applied throughout—front cheetah artwork and flags, sleeve pin-up motifs, and a full back airplane graphic with “FLYING CHEETAHS.” Each print is intentionally muted with soft edges and slight distressing, creating an aged, hand-painted effect.
Controlled Fading & Patina
A light stone or enzyme wash after printing softens the surface and introduces subtle, authentic wear. Abrasion is applied only in low-stress zones to maintain integrity while achieving a naturally lived-in look.
